4-Night / 3-Day Retreat
Yoga, Ayurveda, and Energetic Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls
Lunz am See, at Hof Berneck – Lower Austria, Austria
(less than 2 hours from Vienna)
A retreat for slowing down, healing, and deep connection with nature — your return to stillness.
This retreat brings together yoga, Ayurveda, edible wild herbs, and energetic healing work in a holistic experience for body, mind, and soul, بعيد from everyday life and held in an atmosphere of peace and mindful presence.
What awaits you
Daily gentle yoga and breath practice
Conscious movement to help you reconnect with yourself, along with meditation and guided morning routines for grounding, cleansing, and inner alignment.
Experiencing edible wild herbs
A guided introduction to local edible and medicinal wild herbs around the farm.
You will learn how to recognize, gather, and mindfully experience them, with insights into their qualities, healing properties, and simple ways to use them in everyday life.
Ayurvedic cuisine — food as medicine
Cooking together with fresh, seasonal ingredients and wild herbs.
Cooking demonstrations and introductions to Ayurvedic cooking, doshas, spices, and the energetic qualities of food.
All meals are vegetarian, warm, and prepared according to Ayurvedic principles. Depending on the season, ingredients come from our own garden.
Energetic healing work and integration
Workshops on energetic healing, chakras, balance, and deep relaxation through treatments with Tibetan singing bowls.
There is also time for rest, nature, sharing, or conscious retreat, allowing space to integrate your experience.
Evening rituals and silence
Gentle evening yoga followed by meditation, singing bowls, and conversation.
Depending on the weather, we gather around the fire outdoors under the open sky or indoors by the fireplace — always in a protected and nourishing atmosphere.
Setting and atmosphere
The retreat takes place in a small group, allowing for personal guidance, depth, and a safe space for individual processes.
